The room was not cleaned and when brought to the managers attention, she argued that all of her rooms were cleaned. When shown pictures, she then said, oh yea, that room wasnt cleaned. There was mold all over the bottom of the shower curtain and in the tub, the toilet was dirty, the mirrors hadnt been wiped down and had a layer of dust. We asked for two extra towels (even showing two with our fingers) and were still only given one. We were just crashing here overnight on a long roadtrip. We crashed at night and found all of this in the morning, ignoring the weird smell attributed to the room being closed up. The shower head was also only about 4 feet up. They didnt apologize or even offer a discount. Stay down the road at Kinder Inn or Super 9 if looking for a budget place to get a few hours sleep.

While not fancy, the rooms are clean. The mattresses are a bit hard. The bar soaps are tiny and few. It is great that the rooms come with a refrigerator and a microwave.

Orbitz charged me for the room. Didn’t communicate that to the hotel , so the hotel charged me again. That left me short money on a trip celebrating my daughters birthday. I will never use orbitz again and I will tell all of my friends what happened nd not to use Orbitz. I’ve used orbitz for years. Good bye.
