Check in, they said it would be a little wait and I would get a text when my room was ready. After 2 hrs without a text I went back to the front desk to ask about my room to be told oh your room is sorry we didn’t text. The day of checkout housekeeping just open the door didn’t knock or anything. Luckily I had the latch on the door because my girlfriend just got out of the shower. I open the door housekeeping didn’t apologize or anything just asked when is your checkout.
