Magnificent villa located on Estrada da Meia Praia, next to restaurants and 250 meters from the beach.



The space:
Comfortable semi-detached villa of 120 m² on a 625 m² plot with two bedrooms, located by the sea, just 250 meters from the wide and beautiful Meia Praia.

The villa features a garden with a terrace and a spacious saltwater pool. The house consists of 2 bedrooms + 1 annex bedroom, one of the bedrooms being en-suite, with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms + 1 guest toilet, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and a spacious balcony where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with sea views.

The villa is equipped with central heating, high-speed fiber internet (WiFi + cable), and 2 TVs, both with Chromecast streamers. There is also a beautiful Bluetooth 'boombox' and a simple yet functional office with a black-and-white laser printer. A washing machine is available in the storage room.

In the garden, there are citrus trees, grapes, passion fruits, olive trees, and even banana trees for those who enjoy a touch of nature!

There is a secure and free parking space inside the property, as well as free parking outside. The area is easily accessible by car, and there is a shortcut to the sea when walking. The house is located in a quiet residential area of villas, just a 5-minute drive from the city of Lagos.

Great stay in the Algarve

We stayed for 13 nights in this beautiful house. It was well represented in the photos in the listing. Check in was very easy via phone call. The gated parking spot is convenient and is steps from the entry and the house was very clean and tidy on arrival. The pool area is private and has loungers which are comfortable. The kitchen has more than enough dishes, pans, glasses, etc. The upper balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset with plenty of seating. It is an easy walk to the beach where you will find numerous restaurants. The only suggestion that we have is new bath towels, bed linens, and pillows, which is minor relative to this fantastic house. Everything else met our expectations and we would certainly stay here again. 5/5 recommend.
