Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was a not a good experience and we do not recommend the apartment. Because: - rooms en general were not clean - all closet smelled af and we had to hang all our clothes everywhere in the apartment - Broken plastic chair on the terrace - Lamps screen in the bedroom that were broken - Hob with scratches in the kitchen - Shower head with water running out on top - Moisture damage in bathroom no 2 - Open Electricity in the living room - Rust on towel/clothes hanger on the terrace - WiFi is bad in the bedroom with two beds. We where in contact with the owner but we got only rude responses after 48 hour, they even didn’t show up to inspect it themselves Also disappointed about hotels.com that were not able to help in this situation.
