Stayed at this great apartment for a weekend visit to our daughter, who is a student at Purdue University. The location was great, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent.

Nice Place

Here for Purdue graduation. The place was clean, spacious, central to all good restaurants in downtown Lafayette and very close to the Purdue campus. Communication with the host was timely. Check in instructions were very clear and concise. Would recommend.

Book it !

This is a great location overlooking main st where there is plenty with walking distance ,places to eat , get treats or have a drink . The place is exactly as pictured with great communication from the host. Thoughtful amenities such as a blow dryer with defusing attachments (I NEVER see this) as a girl with curls it is much appreciated. You’ll love the stay here it’s also conveniently located near Purdue.

Great location!

Great place to stay while we moved our son into his dorm room at Purdue. It was only a 10 minute drive to the campus and there was an amazing selection of restaurants etc within walking distance of the apartment itself.

Great Stay

Very clean and comfortable. Really appreciate the little extras such as water, snacks, coffee, spices, toiletries just in case. We visited campus for daughter but stayed a few days to enjoy the area and state park. Felt safe, close to campus, restaurants and activities. Host was awesome with response. Will stay again. Thank you

Great Visit

Very nice property! Comfortable and very clean. The layout of the apartment was excellent and very roomy. Location was perfect for our visit and we took advantage of quite a few places downtown to eat and shop.

Amazing space in a convenient part of town

The place was immaculate! Stocked with anything you might have forgotten at home & close to all the great shops & restaurants in Lafayette! Also, Burt was very responsive to my questions. Will definitely stay again!

The property is located downtown with lots of convenient places within walking distance. Very nicely appointed with all the little things included (extra toiletries, snacks, drinks, etc). Very easy checkin /check out. Host was easy to communicate with. Will stay again.

Wonderful stay in downtown

The property was very nice. We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of the furniture. The location was great with plenty of restaurants to walk to. Communication and check-in with the owner was seamless. We would definitely stay again.

Truth in advertising!

Burt's place did not dissapoint! We felt so lucky to find such a perfect place to stay while in Lafayette. It was very clean, had great amenities, was well decorated and in a perfect location. Burt was an incredibly responsive host. We will definitely be booking here next time we come through IN.

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect spot for a getaway! The loft is very spacious and very clean. Love the little extra snacks and toiletries provided. The location is perfect for walking to everything AND a close drive to everything else local. The parking spot included is so nice bc you know it’s always available when you return. So hope we can return again soon! Already trying to figure out when!

Fantastic!

Went for a girls weekend and the condo was absolutely perfect for the three of us! Beautifully decorated and in the best location just over a coffee shop with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We truly enjoyed ourselves in the condo and Burt was very easy to work with and communicative. Thanks Burt!

Perfect!

Perfect spot right above a coffee shop on Main Street! Condo is just as advertised and looks like the pictures exactly. Parking spot is perfect too. Fun complimentary items were a welcomed and much needed touch! Will definitely book here again when we visit our Boilermakers!

nice downtown loft

Nice downtown loft with expansive bedroom windows (with remote control blinds) overlooking main street. Burt is very responsive host who has also put out little extras, bags of chips, small cans of soda, all you would need for coffee extras in the bathroom etc. The bathroom towels even smelled great. It does have its own assigned off street parking which is nice. Several restaurants are within walking distance (5 minutes) and more not that much further away. A very pleasant stay.
