This unique place has a style all its own. Build in 2020, this modern home sits on the Cucharas river. It has 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4 Decks, 2 gourmet kitchens, 3 living rooms all on a private acre of land with an abundance of wild life. Floor to ceiling windows throughout, Radiant heat within stylish concrete floors, majestic views from every angle, the highest quality bedding, towels and furniture, and surrounded by old growth. New Hot tub just added. If children are part of your holiday plan, we also have a 100ft zip line and play structure! It is my dream house and I am honored to share it with you.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Spacious and bright accommodations

Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant floor heating (no need for fireplace). And hosts were pleasant and very responsive!

What a home! We loved every minute of our trip and only wish we had more time to be "in the house!" Thank you for creating such a beautiful home. Every detail was just right. We would love to re-book the next time we are in La Veta. We cannot thank you enough! Great space, great kitchens, comfortable rooms....you name it...the home was described perfectly!
