Clean,secure and friendly.

Super nice place, great location, very clean and comfortable, wonderful breakfast. Only inconvenience is that the room was very small. Still I would definitely stay there again.

During our recent trip, we visited many different places—and I can confidently say that Alex Hotel was the best. The staff were very helpful, the location was fantastic (right across from the station), and the hotel was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent as well. The only issue we encountered was with the spa. There was a young Chinese couple with a newborn baby wearing a diaper in the spa area. They brought the baby into the jacuzzi. Out of courtesy, we left the jacuzzi area and waited until they were finished. However, after they left and we entered the jacuzzi, we noticed something at the bottom of the water. We were quite certain of what it was, so we left immediately. I hope the hotel considers implementing a policy to restrict access to the spa for babies or young children in diapers, to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests.

The room is nice modern looks and the staff very friendly and helpful. Good location and close to the bus stop. The only downside, no light by the elevator and kind of spooky feeling.
