"The hotel is located at a prime location with wonderful bay view but everything inside the hotel feels dirty, certainly not a 4-5 stars hotel like I have requested on the Expedia web site. The staff at least was understanding and nice enough to move us to another building with better layout and bed. We really loved the location and the bayside view but without this, we may not have considered the hotel at all since it is not well maintained inside, you could see pile of dust in certain areas, i.e. that must not have been cleaned for years. I have yet to verify the charges as it seems higher than what we booked for. Sally restaurant in the area had such an attitude, made you wait for long time at the entrance, then a white lady came forward and said this is for breakfast buffet and no other menu offered, then she checked me out from head to toe with a question in her eyes "can you really afford this?", that was not a good start for a morning. Oh by the way, the lady and another white guy saw my mom waiting in her wheelchair at the stairs, yet still offered no accessible way for her to enter the restaurant. We left the restaurant and decided not to tolerate any of these attitude during a short weekend getaway. I also chose not to send a complaint letter to the restaurant’s management or hotel; I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s job."
