Location… Excellent! (Tons of eating and shopping within walking distance.. oh and the art galleries… awesome! Cleanliness… Excellent! Staff… Excellent! Amenities… nothing mind blowing but good. The ocean view is more so a view of the cove. The AC system, it’s a bit weird. It looks like a simple digital panel to adjust however I ended up having to call the front desk for help. That’s my only complaint. Overall… Excellent!

We were asked to upgrade our room for $60 to the new renovated side, which is the room that Expedia sold me. That was a bait and switch. Expedia shows only pictures of the renovated side but sells you the older section. Than when you get there you are asked to pay more for what you ordered. Bad business Expedia

The room was described as refurbished but it definitely wasn't. In fact at the desk they said it was going to be done in March. Patio door would not open, no anti slip mat or grab bars in shower, general beaten up paint work and worn out chair. Extremely old pillows. A dump!

The room was ok, although it was almost impossible to open the balcony room or bath window due to rust. The elevator was very dirty. We walked around trying not to touch anything. Staff was the only good and also the view and location. Definitely overpriced for what it offers or its condition

The room had a beautiful view. However, it was a little outdated. The pictures showed the room at lot nicer than it actually was. During my stay there was a party going on, on the rooftop. Which was not that big of a deal as we were very tired and went right to sleep. However, I think things like this should be disclosed as you are booking a room. Otherwise the location was great and I enjoyed the views.
