19th century village house completely renovated in 2020. This former notary's house is located close to the village shops and a leisure area (with a pond) accessible on foot, day fishing, and the town of Challans renowned for its 4 Thursday fairs and markets. Close to the large Vendée beaches, with easy access to the Isle of Noirmoutier and the Isle of Yeu, this gîte, adjoining another gîte, offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), a shower room and WC. Wifi. Private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Baby equipment on request. Another gîte on site: L'Amelineau H85G020353. Enclosed area including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet available, a 5-seater spa, a 60m² covered courtyard with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a boules court (pool/spa area and outdoor areas accessible from May 1st to September 30th). Bicycles are available for tenants. The pool and spa are accessible from 10am to 7pm (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included.
