Punta Esmeralda is a new, beautifully landscaped, gated resort located just outside the fun, authentic Mexican town of Bucerias, 25 minutes from vibrant downtown Puerto Vallarta and only 15 minutes the other direction to the great beach and surfing towns of Sayulita and Punta Mita. Our condo is tucked away in its own private paradise!
Enjoy all the surrounding areas have to offer or simply stay at this relaxing, beautiful beachfront resort and enjoy all the amenities including 8 relaxing dipping pools, its own private beach, Palapa Bar & Restaurant, tennis courts, gym, and relaxing spa services with massage therapist on-site. The resort also provides 24 hour front gate security and free WiFi internet access at the Palapa Bar and outdoor oceanview library.
Our condo offers very stylish and new décor with a great balcony all providing amazing, endless views of Banderas Bay and beautiful views of the Sierra Madre mountains on the other side.
Other features include a flat screen, High Definition TV with DVD player, private covered garage parking, 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 full size beds with every bedroom having its own private bathroom, pull-out sofa in the den (able to sleep 4 additional people) along with its own private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel GE appliances, purified water filtration system in the kitchen provides drinkable and clean water and ice, marble floors throughout, granite countertops, washer/dryer, A/C, all linens, bath and beach towels are provided.
