The hotel is old/ but the vibe and activities were good. The taxi fee to and from el malecon which is like downtown area was around 50 USA just one was so the location was not worth it. I would not recommend if you want to visit the malecon often

You have some good people in the front desk and in the desk of customer service that give very good customer service, but you have other people that give very bad and think that they are owners of the hotel and that's very bad.The hotel was not bad, but it was okay. Person that was normally at the customer service was very kind and nice. The other slim guy was really a jack. The hotel is very kid friendly and clean.
