"Check-In was a bit slow and the lady looked a bit disorganized. I guess my expectations are high but I thought the mastery of English would be a little better than it was considering it's a tourist town. We had quite a bit of trouble with our safe and also the door key. Response to our complaints was pretty good
Now on the positive side. The hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The 3 pools were very very nice and I saw them clean them everyday. Only one restaurant but it was good and on the ocean front. There is an Oxo store about a quarter of a block away. Great for picking up snacks, pop, alcohol, and just about anything you need. The beach had a few rocks but it was still nice. I would go back in a heartbeat. "
