This hotel is big and has a beautiful pool and garden area. There is no beach and swimming in the ocean is not possible. There is a breakwater with a pedestrian walkway along the breakwater.

Everything was good. The staff is so pleasant and friendly; the room is very clean and well maintained. It is a very pleasant place to stay. It was my third stay in a period of several years and it is constantly good. I would certainly go back when I come back to Bali.

Pros: solid and large gym (although could benefit from additional equipment like a bike), staff accommodated my request to pack a fruit basket as I had an early morning flight, view, large pool, location near the airport (10 minutes cab). Cons: everything else was below my expectations. Starting with the room, really needs refurbishment (both visual in the bathroom, and the smell from the cleaning product which I found very very hard to handle…). Noise in the room from the night activities taking place near the pool and organised by the hotel (live music, etc) Finally, other guests: I would not go there if you are a couple in your 20s or 30s or 40s, this is a hotel for people with families (great for kids as the hotel offers day activities) or a certain type of people in their 40s / 50s / 60s… who like comfort and all inclusive. I stayed at boutique hotels in Bali before and the quality of accommodation was much higher whilst being better priced. I would not return to this hotel.
