A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!

Okay for a short stay.

The hotel is slightly outdated. Instead of a double bed that we paid for, there were 2 twin beds pushed together and overlapped with 2 single sheets. The mattress was quite hard for our liking. At night there was no cold water running from the tap, hot water only. We were happy that there was a free parking lot on site. Service was fast and good.

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Hotel Apis is a nice hotel set several miles outside the centre of Krakow. The rooms were modern and spacious, clean and functional. You don’t get all the mod-cons of modern chain hotels, however the place had a modern feel and everything was in its place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with queries on taxis, directions etc. Check in and out was a breeze. The only minor negative was location. The exact location meant a cheaper rate per night, and getting to town was so simple it wasn’t an issue. However given proximity to several main roads some parts of the hotel seemed susceptible to noise. I was in a room at the end of the corridor which only seemed to increase the noise penetration. For some deep sleepers the level of noise (which was cars passing and a train line nearby) wouldn’t be an issue, however personally this meant a disturbed nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again but ask for a room in a specific portion of the hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice clean hotel . Service was great except for one night when they ran out of beer in the 24 hour bar . The food was amazing . I had the best steak I'd ever eaten and it only cost £11 . You can catch a bus just around the corner for 50p and it goes into the centre of town . One tip I would give is don't use the hotel excursions , get a cab to the places you want to see. It's much cheaper that way
