The accommodation itself was fine- simple and clean. However I did not know that to check in you had to go to a hotel around the corner to get keys. There was no information about that in the email or check in instructions and I only found this out from another guest at the property who kindly showed me the way

Awful. DO NOT stay here!

This place was awful! The front door is disgusting, covered in graffiti, and there is no reception. Its basically apartments that are being illegally rented out and branded as a "guest house". I say that because the front entrance door is falling apart, there is no building code or inspector on the planet that would approve having paid guests stay in that building. See photos as evidence to support my claim. When I reported that I didn't feel safe, the hotel denied a refund straight away. They don't care about your safety, just your credit card. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

The place was perfectly placed for the old town with in a two minutes walk. Although the property is very dated it would benefit from a little TLC nice and warm rooms.

Terrible stay, the entrance doesn’t look like a place for people to live in, scary at night. The entrance is scary. Walls has cracks, toilet old rusty nasty. Pain to manage a bath shower, because the curtain doesn’t cover the back of the tub, after TWO (2) minutes exactly, you will run out of hot water, they is no shampoo, instead they put hand soap bottle. Just horrible stay, I couldn’t survive more, so I left a day earlier. There are no reception for the property, other hotel manage the service, by giving you the keys and taking the keys. I check out before my scheduled day, because I couldn’t survive with the conditions, it is not a place to stay in or to be rented. I left the keys in the ELEKTOR Hotel, that taking place of the property, and ask the 2 ladies on the reception N i n a and C l a u d i a, to give me a receipt that I checked out day early, they refused, also they refused to give the information for the people who manage the property, or to check the property before I leave. They told me to send an email to the email listed on the ELEKTOR business card. I sent an email, and didn’t receive any response. I will file a complaint against Hotel.com for listing this property, and scamming customers. Also I will contact the consumer protection agency and BBB.

Please avoid them

I booked hotel in the late night, got the letter with the code from box with the key. The code was wrong! I tried about 30 minutes. But made the photo of evidence of that. I had to try find another hotel during the night. The hotel not only didn’t answer to my letter about that but refused to give back money when hotels agent contact them. Avoid them!

For someone that just wants a place to sleep in, the rooms were perfect. Situated in an old building, condition arent terrible but not hotel level. Towels were a bit dirty, might be good to buy new ones. Bed was with fresh covers. TV was working. Perfect location in the old town. Overall, really happy with the stay.

Great location for easy access to Old Town

This was our first trip to Krakow. The guest house is very conveniently located and made navigating Old Town and learning trams/buses easy. All of Old Town is an easy route. The Guest house is inside a courtyard and very quiet. The kitchenette was basic, but let us enjoy local foodstuff from markets and shops. Everything was clean and well presented. We loved having all the restaurants and sites at an easy route. The location is close to the main bus and train station as well as Galeria, just a short walk via pedestrian tunnel.
