We had a fantastic stay at Nadivana, I would recommend upgrading to a suite if you have the budget Great hosts the only downside would be the distance from the beachfronts however they do offer a free shuttle service three times a day which does help, it does also have its pro’s staying slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main areas I would recommend speaking with the hosts about excursions and recommendations for where to go and what to do, we found this to be cheaper than through the tourist ticket touts

Great place

Service was fantastic, the location was good and the facilities were exactly what we needed. It was close enough to the town and where the boats leave for day trips. Simen was very generous and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.

Good value apartments with great pool

Good, clean and reasonably comfortable property for the price. A bit out of town needing a taxi ride to get to the beach - normally a service that is provided but not during our stay. Friendly staff provided adequate breakfast and food but there were plenty of good street food vendors nearby. Best thing about Nadivana was the lovely big pool which was greatly enjoyed by our family.

It was a great stay all in all. The property was well kept and organized. The pool was awsome and the staff was extremely friendly! Overall they helped me with rentals, and local recommendation. It is a little bit away from the beach but no more then a 5 min bike ride; this was actually a very nice because it quite and calm.

Old & not maintained well

Not well maintained. Penthouse common toilet shower pressure not strong, master room shower is broken, near pantry area has an old musty smell, a small cockroach spotted under bedsheets. Requested to change another unit next day, slightly better. CRT TVs local antenna blur channels. Pool water looks still & murky, probably pump not working. Deck chairs not clean.

Nice atmosphere and pool but beware of mosquitoes

Overall we enjoyed our stay and this was in no small part due to the manager Simone and his staff. However on the first day we we told that our booking did not include breakfast despite stating that it did on the booking form. Then we found that we had booked a garden view apartment room but this was not near the pool and so paid extra to upgrade to a room nearer the pool. Due to the time of year we did suffer from mosquito bites badly. We would recommend that the rooms be fitted with mosquito nets. You need transport to get to the beach as the road is busy. We hired a motor scooter.

Amazing staff/great pool

Kids loved the pool here, Simen (owner) was fantastic. Once we had our bearings really enjoyed the location. Shuttle every day was excellent. Breakfast was great. Only negative would be the beds were quite hard.

good budget accomodation

Room smelled bad. was a room right out the back of resort. room not clean at all, bugs under bed & bathroom leaking forcet and not cleaned properly and smelled mouldy. overall the staff made up for it. staff were lovely & the food was the best. bit overpriced food but ok. convenient minimart and scooter hire on site

Be on notice

The pictures you are are not for a standard room those are for their luxury apartments. Their standard rooms are out back away from everything and face a cow farm. The queen bed were two twins pushed together, so not acceptable for a romantic getaway. I was also surprised was a 1,000 baht charge on my check out for the airport service requested prior to arrival and never mentioned during the email exchanges or upon check-in. The owner saw us several times during our three day stay and never spoke to us. The staff is the ONLY redeeming quality about this hotel stay.

Apartments are off the main road which meant it was very peaceful. The hotel staff were very friendly and kept the place very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good for what we paid. The road leading to the main road is great as it's through a local village who were really friendly and the food was amazing.
