El hotel se encuentra a escasos 30 metros de la playa, eso sĆ­, una playa que no es utilizable. Se encuentra un poco apartado del bullicio de la zona principal por lo que tienes que por norma general coger un tuk tuk. Tiene dos piscinas bastante grandes con servicio de bar en ellas. Las habitaciones son espaciosas pero bastante austeras aunque cuentan con balcĆ³n o acceso directo a piscina algunas. El buffer del desayuno no es ninguna maravilla, tiene algo de variedad aunque la calidad deja un poco que desear. En resumen, cumple y poco mĆ”s. Ni te sorprende para bien ni para mal.

Hotel is situated right in front of beach and close to Krabi Night Market... Hotel is quite big and rooms are also specious. We stayed in family pool view room. The only problem was there was no locking system to the toilet/bathroom. Overall the stay for three night was amazing. Staff is very polite and helpfull.

What a beautiful hotel despite the lack of maintenance and a decent pool temperature. When we first arrived our room door would not close without a hotel staff member forcing it shut. All the doors were hard to open and were gaps that let mosquitoes in. Our bathroom light was out and the staff said it needed more than a bulb. The bathtub drain would not seat and the bath tub would not hold water. (Again another call to the front desk for a maintenance man). We paid a lot of money for the penthouse suite with a private pool that we could not even use as it was ice cold. Huge waste of money. The Thai staff was sweet and wonderful though and the breakfast buffet was decent.
Water so cold you couldnā€™t even dip your feet into.

Nice place just out of the main area

The best part of this accommodation is that it is not smack bang in the middle of Ao Nang's main area, which means it is a little quieter. The room with pool access was really nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. I didn't like rollaway beds being kept outside in the hallway; it was a little inconvenient and not very presentable. There are lots of families with children in this resort, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may not be your place. At the end of the day, would I stay here again? If the price was right, yes.

This ended up being a very disappointing stay. There were some pros but not enough to make up for the cons. Note, WiFi barely works and cuts in and out often. Service: Check in was difficult. They were very rude and acted impatient when they were the ones who didnā€™t have the right rooms for us. They kept trying to make us take a smaller room than what we paid for and when we refused they got annoyed. When you called for towels or water, half the time no one picked up. If they did pick up and we asked for 2 towels they only brought one or if we asked for 4 water bottles they brought 2 - it didnā€™t make sense. Once we were in the lobby and we asked for water and they told us we had to go back to the room order from room service and then wait for them to deliver and then we could come back and hangout in their common area with the bottled water. House keeping only came and sweeped, made the bed, and picked up our old towels. They wouldnā€™t refill the coffee or other amenities unless we asked. Room: The room was a really nice size and clean. The beds were comfortable and air conditioned worked amazingly well. The only issue with the rooms was the water. There was only 10 minutes worth of hot water so if youā€™re showering back to back with your roommate, one person got a cold shower. Also, the water pressure wasnā€™t consistent, we would shower either really early or late so it canā€™t be explained by too many people showering at that time.

Amazing hotel

This hotel was amazing. We had a family room and it was really great. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and the night market. The staff was super sweet and caring towards our kids. The best recommendations from a family travelling with a 2,5 year old and an 8 month old baby. We will definitely come backā˜ŗļø
