Wonderful place

Perfect location, great place. Everything was top quality. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, with the master bedroom looking directly out on to the main lawn and beach.

We've stayed in this condo for the past 2 years and it's wonderful stay! Cannot beat the location and view. The only thing that I would change is the comfort of the bed(s) and consider putting in AC for those really hot days. Thank you for a great stay. We'll be back.

Excellent views. The property management company isn’t responsive for simple issues like running out of paper towels & toilet paper on a 10 day stay. Also on check in loads of dead insects were all over the lamps. I’ve been coming to Kiahuna for 20 years and this isn’t the usual experience I’ve had here. I’ll come back again because it’s such a beautiful property but I won’t use Parrish Collection properties again.

Relax with a view

Great location, great view of ocean and sunsets. Overall the place was very comfortable. Many exterior blinds were broken and the small second bedroom with twin beds is good for kids (not adults). The property management team was very responsive and helpful. We would staty there again.

Location is great, 5. Overall unit is OK, 4.

Great location on the coast. Beach equipment is a plus. Unit is a little tired/dated. Beds are uncomfortable (too hard). Sheets need to be replaced (pilling). Numerous window louvers are inoperable or broken. Outdated information in "house book". Needs a little TLC. We've stayed in many vacation rentals a few not as good as this and many better than this unit. If we return to Kauai we would not choose to stay in Poipu.
