The staff always seems to be nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because of a few household situations, which were fixed. Couch bedding was thrown into a bag, not folded, making us think it may be old. Not enough bathroom towels for the amount of people staying in the room (was correct on reservation), and the floor was sticky as if dirty mop water was used. Like I said they did fix all it though. Also watch out for the tub, it is VERY slick. I suggested putting down something on the bottom of the tub floor, hopefully they will before somebody falls and gets hurt. Overall a good stay, just a few minor inconveniences.
