My sink, tub, bed, floors, and painting above bed was filthy. I would never stay here. Even when brought to attention to the the desk zero apology and only offered to give us clean sheets by housekeeping. They didn’t address cleaning the room at all! During check out wasn’t asked how my stay was either. I believe it was the manger on duty.

The entire place was run down. They wanted to put us in a room that had no access to the door from the parking lot but through a grass yard. I explained that I had a complex fracture and could not haul luggage across a yard. There was a needle in the parking lot and some seedy people who seemed to be living there. Once in the room it smelled fully of smoke and yet the clerk assured me it was a non-smoking room. She couldn't even get the door to unlock. Needless to say, we did not stay and of course they did not reimburse the $135 for the room. Orbitz would not help to get the reimbursement back so I lost the money (simply put: was ripped off). I would rather sleep in my car than that place!!! Don't even think of it.

Bed Bugs! Extremely dirty rooms. I checked out at 430am as soon as I was wakened by the bed bug. Avoid!

Did not get the room I booked (we received two beds, not one king). There was a hole kicked in the bathroom door.

It felt old and run down. Doors didn’t latch well, wear and tear everywhere. The cot given to us for our teen was useless, so he slept with us, not fun. Didn’t feel saying anything to the very nice staff would have mattered. Not her fault.

Cable tv channels were sketchy.....some were clear. A blanket or comforter would have been nice. The shower was excellent and so is the lighting. Plenty of choices to eat nearby.

For the price I paid, I expected it to be clean and safe. It was not clean, smelled of smoke, and the smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling.

Was nice on the main strip. Restaurant at hotel had good food at good prices. Staff was amazing

Small room (2 double beds). Mattresses were very soft, prefer firm.

Nice hotel and although on a busy street it was centrally located and easy to find.

I chose this location because it's significantly cheaper than any other hotels in the area. The rooms are nice - I was happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and the linen, and the beds have actual fabric comforters and not the horrible plasticky ones most motels have. The continental breakfast is straightforward but always appreciated. The room I reserved said it had two queen beds, but they were both full sized, so be aware of that if you really need queens. The shower made a sound like a tea kettle when it was on, which wasn't wonderful.

Room was clean, but the upholstered chairs at the table were filthy, and stained. Makes you wonder how clean is the carpet

This room was just what I needed. It was where I needed it, and an inexpensive, clean, comfortable place to lay my rest while attending a class at a nearby university. I expect to return to this hotel next time I'm in town.

very old. from bedding to outdoor appearance, Beds were springy and lights on wall did no operate. In need of remodeling and updates. no outlets to plug laptop or phone.

Staff very nice. I liked the room setup where you can walk outside your door smoke. No walking through the hotel to get out.

Check in was fast & easy, the room was super clean, bedding, floors, windows, bathroom, Had a great time! Be back next year!

Everything was just fine. The breakfast was very nice with a selection of bagels that I enjoyed along with juices and coffee and my friend loved her waffle. This was an old hotel but has been re-newed very nicely. The only negative wqs the two inches of snow overnight! I don't think the hotel had anything to do with that!! :)

staff is very friendly and helpful,room was very clean and kept clean our entire visit.The bed is very comfortable.The hotel is an old hotel,however,It appeared to have been recently renovated.The breakfast bar had the normal bagels,waffels,cereal,,etc.At the time of our visit,they had a large road crew staying there,and it was quite,The price was very good for the lenghth or our stay and our budget.We will definitly be returning.

While not the fanciest place, it is clean and adequate. For the price, it is a good deal.
