Welcome to the Cotsmur: This low-country style home offers a spacious front porch and wrap-around decks on both levels. Cathedral ceilings in the great room offer an open living on the first level, accompanied by the kitchen, dining area, and two master suites. On the top level, the two twin bedrooms share a bath and have a look out for a great place to read a book and get away.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. On the sound, we have a 100-yard pier offering fishing and crabbing opportunities as well as beautiful sunset views. The nearby town of Duck offers many small shops, stores, galleries, and restaurants.
Ships Watch amenities include easy walking distance to either the ocean or the sound. We have a swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts.
