Duck Beach Vacation

Great place to stay for a trip to the beach. Although the walk to the beach was not that long, the golf cart was a great benefit. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would do it again.

Great place

The housecwas great the owner heated the pool in early enough time for it to be warm having the golf cart was great 4 adults 3 kidsand plenty of room owner was only a text away had games snd puzzles for a rainy day great place to stay

This was a great stay. Property was excellent and Ryan is a gracious host who seemed genuinely interested in the quality of our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and property

Our family vacation at the Treehouse in Duck was fabulous. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Ryan is amazing and made sure that our stay was all that we imagined and more. We will be booking again next year!

We loved the house. It is beautiful. The grandkids loved the pool. We have been to this area before and your house has been the best. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great stay!

House was great! Loved having the gold cart to beach. It was clean and plenty of room for multiple families. Ryan was always very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Great for 2 families!

We enjoyed a lovely week on Duck at Fade Away Cay. There were 2 families with kids aged 10-15. The house was clean, updated and well situated, walking distance to the beach and a short distance from town. The owner was accessible and helpful. We will be back!

Great house with the extra

We really enjoyed this house. It’s beautiful and we especially loved the pool, the Jacuzzi and the golf cart for a short ride to the beach. The rooftop was a nice view as well. We loved Duck and the area . Beautiful sunsets and sunrises !! .

Best Vacation!

My family and I loved everything about it. The location was awesome, the house was such a great space to come back to after a long day at the beach! The property manager was beyond excellent! Recommend this property over and over to anyone wanting to stay in the Outer Banks!! Five stars for sure!

Our family had an amazing week! The house was clean and Ryan was an incredible host! Great location to the beach, the golf cart was amazing for our family with small kids and we loved walking into town to eat and get coffee. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Vacation Home

This was a exceptional vacation home. Great location. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants but still quiet and homey. The home was very comfortable with modern appliances and thoughtful touches. Ryan was a very attentive and friendly host. My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We've been renting in OBX for several years, and the Duck Tree House has been THE nicest home we have stayed in thus far. Beautiful decor and amenities, great location, and an owner who is responsive, friendly, and has thought of literally everything to ensure your stay is just perfect. We would stay here again without any reservation. We loved it!

Love the Duck Beach Tree House!

We just spent a fantastic week at the Duck Beach Tree House! The house was beautiful, clean, exactly as described and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive, provided great information, and was easy to work with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beach is a short walk away and the golf cart provided even quicker/easier access. Thank you for such a great vacation!!

Wonderful stay between ocean and sound

Our family had a great time during our fall getaway. We loved the heated pool and hot tub on cool nights, star gazing from the rooftop deck, and taking the golf cart to the beach. The home is immaculate. The layout and all the deck space were great for spreading out. We had amazing experiences at both Jockey's Ridge and the lighthouse in Corolla and enjoyed eating and shopping at the Duck boardwalk.
