What a perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving holiday! The cottage was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location could not have been more convenient to the beach. All communications were prompt and helpful. We will definitely be returning!

The location is perfect, 3 minute walk to the beach! The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were no kitchen staples but it wasn’t an issue for us. Caroline was incredibly responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to go back!!

Overall pleasant experience. The cottage is a bit dated and needs a touch up. All appliances in good working order. Washing machine and dryer pretty old. Kitchen well supplied. Would recommend more back up TP and paper towels. Need light outside above the entry door. Unable to see the lock device in the dark.

We had a wonderful stay at Kiawah Island! Caroline was a very friendly and responsive host. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beach and bike path were just a short walk away, making it the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

It was a great stay. Amazing communication! Very clean! Great location (though the closest boardwalk has stairs rather than a ramp; had to go down to the next one for a ramp for the cooler). Screened-in porch was nice. Comfy beds. Just note there’s no ice maker in the refrigerator and there are no ceiling fans inside.

Wonderful Week!

My family and I had a wonderful week on Kiawah in this beautiful house. It's within easy walking distance of the beach and Night Heron Park, and very peaceful. Brought back many happy memories of my childhood vacations on the island. Thank you, Caroline!

Perfect Location to Beach

Unit was located a short walk from the beach on beautiful and quiet street. Perfect location to let our toddler ride bike or walk as a family to the shore. Unit was very clean and stocked with cooking essentials (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). Host was responsive to questions. We plan to check availability for future visits.

Wonderful location in Kiawah

My family of four spent a long weekend here for the Kiawah marathon and had a wonderful time. The home is really comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is great - you are nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and walking distance to the beach, with a couple of different public access options. The owner is very responsive and got back to me immediately with any questions I had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Our favorite rental

We love staying at this cottage! It’s spacious and comfortable. It’s close to the beach (you can hear the surf) and to the park. There’s a deck and a screen porch. Caroline is easily accessible via phone/text.
