A brand new home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen and many of the features you want in a rental: laundry, grill, hot tub, games in the garage like pool and foosball. Beds were comfortable. The house is located in a brand new subdivision, and one of the minuses of the property was construction of homes on every boundary of the home. Lots of construction vehicles, and the Hammers start at 7 AM sharp. That would be good to know and highlighted at the top of a house description. Also, the air conditioning was not working, and while they did send somebody out right away, it was not resolved during the stay, which always brings a frowny face. I think it will easily be a 5 star listing in 6 months when the construction is resolved and all the quirks are worked out. A great start!
