This is a very residential area and walkable to our family in the next neighborhood. That is the reason we chose this house. It was clean and met our needs in terms of space and location. Having coffee and creamer there made the mornings a little smoother for us caffeine addicts. We would happily stay there again when visiting our family in Katy.

Our stay was great in Katy. We had whole family with us in this trip from my appointments at MDA and didn’t was stay in town. Lots of shops and places for food. This is a brand new listing and it was all that it promised! 4 bedroom, TVs in all rooms, an office, a full kitchen and two car garage. We were missing a few items in the kitchen and Francisca dropped them off within the hour!! very responsive hosts, we could not have asked for better hosts! The home is tastefully decorated, very clean, bright, and homey, would definitely stay again!! Thanks so much!!!
