We had an excellent experience staying at our VRBO in Hawaii! The property was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for guests The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. From the stunning views to the cozy atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. Waking up each morning in such a beautiful setting was a dream. We can’t wait to come back! (staying at this same location). Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in paradise.The host Maria was responsive and welcoming, making our trip even more special. Check in and check out was easy. I requested for a late check out and I was accommodated. Note: parking was free . Maintenance for the door was handled promptly and scheduled at a time that worked best for me. The process was smooth and hassle-free.The door repair was taken care of efficiently and arranged at my convenience, with no disruption to our stay. Great communication from the host/management team.Honestly, I was hoping to stay at Aulani but the ; it’s just next door. I walked over few times (shopping – Disney Fan) – I am so happy I did not go to Aulani – it was very active – tons of energy. We were so happy to stay in our Vrbo as it was quiet,

Lovely condo. Lots of toys! (Beach chairs, flippers, sand bucket and toys, and a cart to haul them all to the beach.). Clean and welcoming. Two quibbles: the info on the appliances in the notebook was outdated, and check-out instructions differed between the VRBO site and the notebook. But vacationers can’t go wrong with this condo!

Communication with the hosts representative, Maria was excellent. The size of the condo and the views from the condo were perfect. Access to the beach was convenient. I would absolutely recommend this condo. I look forward to visiting it again.

The well appointed condo was perfect for my family. The unit was spotless with attractive furniture. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed that my grandson slept in. The balcony had lots of seating and we spent time there rather than inside. It was very helpful to have a washer and drier in the unit including detergent! Compared to other peoples’ beach stuff this condo was much better. There chairs were better and the cart was very helpful. We couldn’t use the umbrella at the lagoon but took it to Waikiki. We added boogie boards to the existing pile of beach things. The only negative, which was minor, was the oven took a long time. The resort itself was wonderful and very safe with 5he keycard system.

Our family stayed in this Ko Olina condo for several weeks in November 2025, and it was absolutely perfect. The unit is beautifully appointed with everything we could imagine—fully stocked kitchen, coffee supplies, quality dishware, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer.Both king-size beds were extremely comfortable, with soft sheets and plenty of fresh towels. We also appreciated the beach wagon stocked with four chairs and beach towels, which made our days by the water effortless.The property itself is fantastic. The pools and beach are just steps away and ideal for families. Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent throughout our stay.We truly loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Hawaiian vacation.

We had an amazing stay. The property manager was a delight and so easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and beautiful. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Maria the property manager was awesome. Anytime we needed anything she was on it right away. The unit was great, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful being a corner front unit in the ocean tower. There were five adults in our party and unit was very spacious. The 2 new chairs make into twin beds which was great. Had a large wagon with 4 chairs, coolers, floaties, toys for small children. Would definitely come back. Stayed 10 days Feb 17-27, 2025. 10 out of 10 Ellen & Frank

Beautiful Property with breathtaking views

Our stay at the Beach Villas Ko Olina was great. The unit was very spacious and had everything one might need on vacation. There are beach chairs, floats, a cooler, pull behind cart, toys for kids and other beach things as well. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Maria was very friendly and easy to contact for anything you may need. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy the perks of a resort without the chaos.

Great rental

This is our third time with this exact unit. We have a family of 5 with a toddler and elderly grandparents and there are ample space for everyone. There’s a new host a few months ago and it seems the check in process as well as the kitchen seems even more organize than before and also the two new love seats are very nice

My wife and I have been coming to Ko Olina since 2016, and we found this particular villa in 2017 and have been coming back to it every year since! 4 Star Resort for sure!

This is our second stay at Khoi's condo - we love it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the space is spacious, the views are breathtaking from the lanai. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need minus perishables. Tons of beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. We love staying at the Beach Villas, we haven't stayed anywhere since we found this resort 5 years ago.

What an amazing stay!!

Communication prior to arrival was great, quick to respond and accommodating for our arrival time. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. Check-in was only made better by the friendly staff onsite. The property was clean, stocked with basics and very inviting. The location is better than the pictures and we can’t wait to return.

Awesome Property

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids, father, and mother in law. First of all, the property is stunning. Everything was well kept and clean. The condo itself was exactly as described and as pictured. Plus it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Plenty of beach towels, towels, extra bedding for the futon, air bed (even though we brought our own), beach chairs, and beach toys. The kitchen included dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies (clorox wipes), and even seasoning and plastic wrap for food and cooking. We were excited to see a rice cooker and blender too. I was contacted early by the concierge who was extra helpful guiding us around the property, helped with our bags, and even brought my elderly parents up to the room while we parked out rental car. Everything about this place was amazing. We are officially saving it and will want to return when visiting and vacationing. We did have a birds nest on the lanai in the corner right outside of the primary bathroom. We didn't have a chance to use that side of the lanai too much since we did not want to disturb the birds. But the larger part of the lanai outside the kitchen side was plenty roomy for our family to enjoy breakfast and other meals. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay.
