Front desk staff was incredible. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were nice. Laundry was a great feature. Coffee, tea and juice in the lobby was a nice bonus. Breakfast was better than expected. Location and facility were very quiet. Only down side was our small, bedside lights did not seem to be able to be turned off. Became very dim but not completely off.

此次訂了4天家庭房型，客房很大簡潔乾淨舒服，早餐也有用心準備，無論是西式中式餐點都很棒，另外有專屬停車場也很方便，唯一美中不足的地方就是有限制進出停車場次數，也建議是否可以有腳踏車或是其他代步工具，會讓旅客外出更加方便，因為畢竟開車外出會扣停車次數，總而言之 家人們都很喜歡，大致上都滿意，若是未來還有機會至高雄將會再考慮 河堤美學。

桌面用衛生紙擦過後都有黑黑的，不知道有沒有在擦桌面，缺點應該是馬桶問題較大因為坐墊跟馬桶尺寸不合腳會碰到馬桶要墊腳尖，洗臉台水量蠻小的，其它方面都蠻好的符合這價位 很棒。

設備老舊維護極差

進房第一感覺是設備老舊維護品質很差，仔細一看發現房間床頭板及靠窗牆壁嚴重變黑發霉及腐蝕，不知為什麼還安排讓客人入住，要求換了房間後雖狀況有好一些，但冷氣維度無法調節，風超大超冷，住得很不舒服；同樣價格在高雄市可以找到遠比這間好的飯店，非常不建議選擇這間。

水是瓶裝水，無法重複利用水罐 房間感覺得出年代感，牆壁很多摩擦/油漆脫落的痕跡，主要是廁所的天花板有很明顯的黑色霉斑，洗手台跟淋浴水龍頭也都有明顯生鏽痕跡，浴巾跟洗臉巾上有小飛蚊，雖然是演唱會期間相對價格合理的飯店，但真的沒有想到衛生這麼堪憂
