櫃檯服務人員很好，但設備老舊，淋浴間的門無法關閉，隔天的早餐需要到山上另一館，早餐內容也很簡陋。除了泡湯很舒服，周遭自然環境很怡人，整體旅館環境讓人覺得業者已經無心或沒有能力繼續維修，很可惜！
