Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon Mai Tai, on your furnished lanai with a wet bar and outdoor furniture for ultimate relaxation.

Step inside to find an open-concept living space, with a kitchen adorned with beautiful granite countertops. Plus, a cute breakfast nook for extra space and relaxation. Cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with an oven and stove-top, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

As you move from the kitchen into the living room, there is a larger eat-in dining area for four. Additional furnishings include two punees, or day beds, for maximum comfort with matching window treatments, wicker furniture, and a new 43-inch 4K flat screen television.

Felt like home

My son really liked staying her because there was definitely a lot of space. We were very comfortable in this condo although it could probably use a little remodel. The sliding doors/screens were not easy to slide and kept falling off of their rails... also perhaps the carpet needs to be changed. I will say the very old dishwasher worked very well (in some cases, older is better—haha) but the old electric stove burners were no longer flat. The grounds and ocean pool were very nice. A/C was an extra charge, though we only needed it one hot day. Overall we felt at home here. Not a luxurious place, but comfortable!
