Great location near center of town and adjacent to beach. However somewhat noisy due to road noise and on-site maintenance. Condo had everything we needed and comfortable and cleran.

The staff was very helpful in every manner. Having an ocean view was amazing, could see the whales from our room. The only thing I would change would be the bed - it was very firm. A foam topper would go a long way in terms of comfort.

Kona Reef is currently undergoing renovations. It is definitely showing it’s age and renos are past due. No ocean view from our unit, you had to enter the pool area or go outside the property for whale watching. Traffic on Ali’i Drive can get noisy.
