Beautiful room view, loved the wall mirror in the room

No record of our reservation and had to find another place

We found the accommodations and location suited to our needs. The price was comparatively reasonable for the condition of the property and rental season. The only difficulty and disappointment we experienced was not being able to connect to our in-room wi-fi in spite of trying to get help from the front desk.

Very bad experience. Bathroom was dirty. When we checked out the following morning, we couldn't find any staff even after 8am.

When I first got to the hotel there was no obvious problems. Once I got to the room that changed. There was a feces stain on the toilet seat, the shower and bathroom floor seemed dewey, the bed sheets weren't made, the light above the bed was falling off the ceiling, and the bath towels appeared to have been recently used and not put away. When I brought to the attention of the hotel staff the issue with the light falling off, they said just to send a picture to a particular phone number but made no attempt to fix it. It remained broken the entire stay. There is no daily housekeeping here, so don't expect that. The parking situation is also very disappointing. Parking is by permit only, but they over-fill their lot. I didn't get to park in the lot except for once, when I returned very early in the afternoon. The other 3 nights of my stay I had to park down the street about a quarter mile.

Under construction. Had to climb three flights of stairs to room no elevator. Hard to find someone to check in and check out. Two different companies operating there. No parking available and had to park down the street.

Hotel front desk rude! Bathroom door broken. Couldn't close. Microwave filthy!!! Just a really bad experience! We stayed for two hits and couldn't take it so we checked out!

Its nothing fancy but it does have a lot of plus's. Right across from a cute cove. In the middle of all the action in Kona. Lots going on and tons of restaurants , shops and activities all with in walking distance. It is kept clean and grounds are tropical and lush. Small pool, but a pool nonetheless.. And jacuzzi. Sunday was charming, it sits beside a historical church, and man can the church goer's sing... Like Angle's talking to you from Heaven. A small kitchen area, stocked with glassware, plates etc. A small coffee maker, a blender woopwoop, and a electric Wok-kindof thing. And a mini fridge . Bed Sucked !!! Screen door stuck, to where i looked like a crazy person fighting with the door. Remote buttons were soo over used, I had a hard time changing channels. Over all for the money it was okay.. 50 dollars more a night, might make a huge difference in upgrades, if your looking for plush. If you want something chill and more, in and out DIY this is your place.
