Hotel is understaffed and unprepared to service guests. For what you pay to stay here you would expect typical hotel not motel services. Simple service like timely check in service and room cleaning services. We waited 5 hours for our room to be ready, while waiting we sat by the pool and it took an hour to get a waiter to take our food order. Then the next morning we waited for cleaning services to replace towel and they never came. When we questioned the hotel they shared they stopped doing daily services during Covid… Covid had been over for years. Very disappointed and we do not recommend this hotel.

The property is very nice. It’s a busy area but the hotel is a great hub. It was great to have a laundry and the staff was very helpful making change for it. Being able to walk to good restaurants and shopping was nice. Also have a number of good activities nearby was good. I wish the hotel had a nightlight in the bathroom so trips in the night wouldn’t require a big bright light.

After coming here from Hilton GV, I finally felt welcomed (6 days after my arrival). The staff are professional yet sunny. They are also helpful. The hotel has some free activities (I'm going to learn hula dancing!). There are also plenty of paid activities that originate at this hotel. (I was aboard the Atlantis for the undersea adventure). The hotel has one of the best locations on Hawai'i's west coast. There are plenty of shops & restaurants within walking distance.

Only two things were bad. We were there during a holiday weekend. It was a Hawaiian holiday weekend. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. I think they screwed up when we came. When I got my bill, they charged me the entire amount. I paid you $1009.55 for the two nights. The hotel charged me the rntire amount. They said they didn’t have anything from you. I had to pay $1,180.00 which included parking and restaurant amount. How foningetbyhe money from you?

We had the best stay. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view from the balcony. Funny thing to review, but the elevators were amazing! So quick. Laundry room on site was very convenient. The luau was excellent. I loved the beach right outside the back door with the little cove where I could practice snorkeling. The pool was great if we didn’t want to get sandy. Delicious food at the pool bar too. It was a great stay, I would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was awesome, helpful, very nice, and friendly. Hotel was in a great location with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants that were in walking distance. There was also a Wal-Mart nearby and that helped a lot. The veiw of the ocean was also great and beautiful, especially for the sunsets. The only things that weren't enjoyable was having to pay for self parking, i think it should be included since we were already paying to stay at the hotel. We also didn't like not having our room cleaned everyday or having fresh towels daily, they clean every other day. The beds are very comfortable but they are high off the ground and not short people friendly. We had to do a small jump to get on the beds. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay here, very comfortable, perfect location, and decently priced. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Hawaii.
