We enjoyed our 46th anniversary here this week. The pool and beach were lovely options. We preferred the beach with an umbrella and two chairs provided by your resort fee. Reusable metal water bottles were provided and a filling station on each floor. We had a beachfront king on the 6th floor that was spectacular! We ate at both restaurants on the property, preferred The Billfish. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Great place for a “home base”. We circled the whole island. It’s downtown and close to restaurants and shopping. They need to finish updating the rooms. The sliding bathroom louvered doors need to go! Only one towel hook! Need more Marriott!!! And the toilet paper holder… don’t get me started- L shaped holder. T.P fell off each and every time you use the bathroom. But, the hotel itself and staff were always wonderful. Onsite bar and restaurant very expensive. $14. Drinks . Dinner $25 and up!

The hotel was close to everything would probably need. To the south, were restaurants, bars and shops to a tourist delight. To the north there were more local stores and restaurants. Only wished balcony had curtains and not shutters.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable but dated and the bathroom was old and very small. We were on the 2nd floor and the "ocean view" was minimal and most of our view was of the roof of the first floor. Parking cost per day was high and an extra add on we didn't really expect. Food options in the area are ok - but the restaurants in the hotel were lower quality of food and VERY expensive.

Food, shopping and market was walking distance and the small beach was nice calm clear water.

Our "oceanfront" room was a second floor room overlooking an expansive blacktop flat roof and a large parking lot with the ocean view minimal. Needs renovation/updating. Our room had issues with tile chipping off the running board area in bathroom as well as the shower stall doors needing replaced and carpeting separating from the bathroom door jam. It was certainly not worth the over $750/night price. Parking has to be paid separately. The bell boy who was very helpful and kind was the only positive. We did not use the pool or restaurant so unable to comment on those.
