We enjoyed the facilities and took advantage of driving to the other side of the island. The condo was very well organized and a useful three ringed binder had all the info you could need for your stay.

Beautiful stay!

We had a comfortable very relaxing time. The condo had everything that you would need and want for a great vacation. We love coming back each year to the Surf and Racquet Club and this condo was the best!

Excellent view. Shopping center less than 5 minutes away. Close to some excursions, around 30 minutes to airport. Newly renovated with nice stuff, have to be gentle with valuable accoutrements.

Perfect location and view

The condo is right on the water and has amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony and watching all the boats and kayaks and watching for whales. The waves crashing at night were awesome. If you’re a light sleeper they may bother you because they’re quite loud and you can feel the rumble in bed. The condo was well stocked and the bed comfortable. We appreciated having beach chairs to throw in the car each day and used them often. Great place and we would definitely come back.

We found the deck furniture very uncomfortable and felt the high table and chairs would have been more useable if the chairs swirled they were difficult to get in and out and pulled up to the table. The parking was not good for us as we are both a bit disabled and found it awkward to be looking down the block for parking space.

The Perfect Oceanfront Condo

the condo was magnificent. when it advertised as oceanfront they were not kidding... literally 35 ft from the ocean. Beautiful rocky coast with the waves crashing 24/7. We loved hearing the ocean all day long and all night long. I must have taken100 pictures. The pictures do not lie... truly well done condo and so well maintained. Clean, up to date and well stocked. Very quiet complex and beautiful grounds. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and it exceeded our expectations. Grab this place quickly...it is fabulous

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this unit for 8 days in November. The location was perfect for us. The neighbours were quiet and early morning coffee and sunsets on the lanai were a highlight - we spotted whales one day. The unit is recently renovated and the kitchen was excellent. Knutson's communications were great, especially Shyya who was assigned to check us in and through our stay. Would definitely book this unit on a return trip and recommend to friends.

We rarely went out for dinner because you couldn't beat the view and experience of having dinner right on the lanai. Condo is very clean, has everything you'd want/need, and is reasonably priced. This was a perfect place to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Also want to say thanks to Knutson and associates (the rental company) for staying on top of everything, constantly checking in just to see if we needed anything. Love this place.

The parking for us was really hard with the pouring rain not being able to use the spot for the unit and parking far away.The air conditioning is a little weak but worked for the weather we had.Would love to see a bigger TV in the living room as there are no tvs in the bedrooms.....We loved our stay there and would return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a beautiful and comfortable spot to stay. Our family has been to this complex multiple times and adore the ocean front condos as the views cannot be beat. We saw whales daily from the lanai as well as the spinner dolphins on a few different occasions. The property was clean, the finishes were all top top notch and the beds were extremely comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that the owners keep their car parked in the designated parking spot meaning that if you bring a car, you will need to use the visitor spots. Initially, we were concerned that it would be difficult to find a place to park, however during our time there were always lots of visitor spots available to park in so it wasn't a problem at all. We sincerely hope to be back and would not hesitate to book this property again!
