The two rooms booked through Hotels.Com were never provided. We were told only one was available and we were forced to go to another hotel. I called Hotel.com for reimbursement of rooms that were never provided and it was declined. I will not be using Hotels,com again due to lack of integrity and poor business.

You get what you pay for

The bed was sub-standard it needs to be replaced. Pillows were small and lumpy. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I cannot complain too much though because the cost is $78.00.

Hotel was nice and clean. The beds were so hard we were better off sleeping in the car. The breakfast looked good until a man that wasn’t staying there came in and took a huge bowl of muffins and 10 bottles of water. He got in his semi and drove off. I said something to the person at the front desk and he said it was ok. Probably a relative. I’m sure the owners would see it differently
