Made reservations via orbitz . Enroute experienced vehicle breakdown. Called hotel to determine late check in and late night restaurant availability. Inquired about potential rental car agency in area. Lady answered phone and said call orbitz and hung up. At check in both staff could barely speak English. Several people had made reservations and staff couldn’t work the computer. Old hotel with some upgrades. HVAC unit in room very loud at start and run. No glasses or plastic cups in room. Few outlets for charge phone/computers. No snacks available here.

The room was great for a last minute booking and everything was clean in the room. The front entrance was unimpressive and the staff were not very friendly. They had the worst continental breakfast I have ever seen; I assume they had only pre-packaged muffins because the box was empty in the display were breakfast should have been. No perceivable food was available at 8am when breakfast was available between 7am-9am. The light was not turned on near the breakfast counter and when I asked the staff member at the desk, Mr. Patel, he said “oh it’s complementary” to which I replied, “there’s no food even there.” He simply responded “we must have run out.” Without even offering to refill the food for their “complimentary” breakfast I checked out without any breakfast available. If you need a place to stay this place is fine but don’t expect to have breakfast provided or receive standard customer service. I will not be coming here ever again.

Upon checking in, hotel is run down and dirty looking. Musty smell. Standing in line, a centipede crawled towards me. Manager was rather sassy about it. I canceled my stay. Can’t believe this hotel is a choice hotel.

Comfortable. Good place to stay. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Ok for what we needed but couldn't wait to leave. The room had a body odor smell to it although it seemed clean enough for the type of hotel it is. Owner was friendly enough but the place just looked very outdated. Hated to turn on the air conditioning since it also looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned but that's the only thing that covered the smell.

Close to the highway so a bit noisy. Room was small but quite adequate for my needs. Close to restaurants, continental breakfast, modest but quite adequate and safe.

Decent experience for the money. I got in a pinch and needed a room quick. It served the purpose. The morning breakfast bar was not appetizing in the least. I looked and ran for my car.

Front desk attendant excellent! Good location on the turnpike. I stop here on my trips from Cincinnati to Boston. Good place for a break. Single queen room may be the smallest hotel room I've ever been in, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast fro 730am-930am. Can't go wrong with a waffle!

Location is on the highway, very convenient but not for light sleepers !

Pretty basic place to stay, nothing to fancy. Clean and friendly

It was nice for the price. The staff was friendly and I was able to do an early check in.

very old, not updated, slept with one eye open, nothing extra

Average, but good for the money paid. The family who were running the hotel were very pleasant people. Smaqll room, but enough room for a short stay.

This was the ideal roadside motel for our trip from southern Illinois to New Jersey. Less than a minute from the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit and a quiet area (despite there being a bar next door.) This motel looks a little rough on the outside but our room was nicely appointed, clean, and very large. Staff was very friendly.

Visiting family in the area and needed a lower priced hotl. Found it very clean, breakfast was not very good. No real tea not fruit options. yhe staff was responsevie

Hotel was very near the turnpike exit and to the area I was visiting,it appeared clean and was comfortable. Not exceptional but adequate for the price. Staff allowed me early check-in.

We attended a party that was held in the bar behind the hotel. The location was great it kept us from drinking and driving, and there were several dining options nearby.

The continental breakfast was very basic, and the juice dispenser was not working.
