The nicest thing about this hotel was the lobby. When you upgrade a room for 5 people to a sofa bed it should be adequate enough to sleep on, this however was not. The mattress was over worn, thin and the metal ticks out. Hidden charges. They put a hold on my debit card for $50. more then the room rate and it's not been released yet even though there were no damages.I absolutely hate when hotels have hidden charges when your financially planning a vacation. It's inappropriate if your paying your bill upon arrival or before. The pool isn't just small, it's the size of a hot tub. There is no hot tub. Hotels shouldn't be allowed to advertise a pool if it's only fits one small family at a time. Above ground home pools are bigger and deeper. The breakfast is OK but this is nothing more then a days inn with nicer rugs. I would have rather paid $60. for a days inn with a bigger pool and the same breakfast then the $200 I dropped here. I'm not a picky traveler. I just expected this to have been a better establishment as we have stayed at The Fairfield Inn in Allentown PA and had a much better experience.

The bathroom sink was clogged. When we told the front desk person, she seems careless. The sheet for sofa bed was still on, it was all wrinkled. It was not washed after use.

Great midway point on the turnpike. Close to exit. Very clean rooms. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Nice value for the money. Reasonably new motel. Decent breakfast. Close to the turnpike exit. Room and bath very clean. Comfortable beds.

Staying for 3 nites at this hotel was very enjoyable. With a great location, clean, affordable, and great pool and hot tub, our visit to Bedford was perfect. We came for the Bedford Fall Festival and the hotel added to the pleasant experience with no faults!

Stopped here midway to Columbus, OH. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Super clean. Great experience!

nice hotel....everything seemed pretty new. Staff helpful with dinner recommendation. Very pleased with choice.

Great stay the room was clean. The staff was great also

We stopped for one night on a drive over Thanksgiving weekend. We found the Fairfield Inn in Bedford to be as nice as any place in the area. 2 large queen size beds, a flat screen tv, clean and new. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast because it was a mob scene complete with crying babies. But we found a good breakfast place down the street in the Bedford Diner. This hotel is a good selection for the Bedford PA area. We've stayed at other places in the area too.

Great stop on a business trip.

A very nice hotel with all amenities that are expected . The mattress on the king size bed however was hard on the back . An unrest-full sleep because of this . After stretching while visiting local attractions , our backs loosened up . The breakfast provided was very good as was the coffee

Hotel was so very new and clean. Waffles in the morning, now how good is that!

We stayed here overnight as a half-way point on a 12-hour road trip with two babies. The room was comfortable, clean and looked recently decorated. There were two clean, easy to set up pack-n-plays for the babies. (Not rickety old cribs like some hotels we've stayed in.) The staff was friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was simple but had a few better options than most and the dining area was clean and continually stocked. The whole experience was so much better than the hotel we stayed on on the first leg of our trip!

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at...expecially for the price! Great staff..very clean rooms...could not be better!

The Hotel was nice, it didn't have a restaurant. I would have prefered a restaurant & Bar area to come down in the evening for dinner or a drink. The breakfast area was nice. The mattresses although new were really hard.
