I stayed for 4 days and not once was my room cleaned. Each time I went down to the pool my virtual key that was on the app would not open the doors. When I booked it said that my room was eqipped with a jet tub and it was not

No accountability for false advertisement

It’s hard to believe so many people rate this hotel as excellent. It’s mediocre at best with an ugly view of a parking lot full of equipment right off the highway. I booked this hotel because of the limited options that allow pets in Bedford, but found the room was not as advertised with a jetted tub. I politely left shortly after checking in because being outside of town was already compromising for what I wanted. The hotel refused to refund despite the false advertisement of the room. Disappointing. Even more disappointing that they still have the jetted tub advertised after being made aware of the mistake over 2 weeks ago.

Room at the inn.

Was glad to get out of the freezing rain/sleet storm into a warm room. No difficulties whatsoever. The breakfast was very good: smoked sausage, cheese omelet, OJ coffee.
