Second time staying at this hotel. It's convenient and not in the busy city. Hotel staff very friendly. Wish their was not a parking fee. Overall very good stay with the breakfast option. Doors look at a certain time and need to be let in by staff. Good safety feature. Will definitely stay again.

Frustrating Check-In Experience The room itself was fine once I finally got it, but the check-in process was extremely disappointing. It took over an hour just to get my rooms. Even though I arrived alone and the rest of my family was coming later, the staff wouldn’t give me one room first while waiting for the other to be ready. To make matters worse, they started helping other guests who arrived after me instead of finishing my check-in. After waiting far too long and insisting, they finally gave me one room and later the other. This could have been handled much more efficiently and respectfully.
