Hello, We checked in to your hotel 05/25/2026 at 2:15 PM. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and would only be available at 3:00 PM. Additionally, the response we received was firm, simply stating that “it is written in the rules.” What we find difficult to understand is how, in a hotel where check-out is at 11:00 AM, rooms are still not ready until 3:00 PM, while guests arriving after long journeys are expected to wait. We honestly expected a more solution-oriented and welcoming approach from your staff in terms of guest satisfaction. We believe that a truly good hospitality experience is built not only on rules, but also on genuine hosting and consideration for guests.

The staff are wonderful. The general manager and the staff are excellent. Clean large rooms with little to no noise. Leo greeted us every morning and each and every time. He is a kind person who has amazing staff. The breakfast was great with just enough to select from. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay there.

The rooms where excellent the ladys where great just everyone was amazing I would definitely stay everything is walking distance from meaning subway especially to canal st is the whole reason why I went to NY oh breakfast was amazing the valet parking guys where awesome.. give the guys tips it’s cold to be running bank and forth… definitely a 10/10 stay

Breakfast was excellent and the staff was super nice. The room was huge. They texted me the first night if everything was ok I replied asking for the tv remote and the shower curtain and they sent them to the room immediately. Me and my family are very happy with the hotel.
