A good resort. I confess that my expectations were much higher than what I found; social media sells a much greater illusion than what we actually found. It's a very good hotel, with good food and an excellent selection of beers and wines, although the spirits weren't premium quality. I think the price is above what it's actually worth. But it was very nice to be there for six nights, although four or five would have been enough.

Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei mais

The staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. The facilities were in excellent condition and cleanliness impeccible. Very relaxing beach area and programs. Very tasty and varied menu of food.

Hotel não está pronto ainda e Não é Premium!

Me decepcionei muito com o que encontrei. Por diversos motivos: 1. O resort vende uma proposta de All Inclusive Premium com porções menores e assinas por chefs, porém não vi nada disso. Cardápio bem simples , self service e até com menos opções do que concorrentes. Além disso fiquei com a impressão que as comidas eram reaproveitadas. Ex: a sobra da carne do jantar vira iscas servida na piscina. A sobra do Carré de cordeiro vira molho ragu. A carne seca da tapioca do café vira sopa no jantar. O recheio do bolo de doce de leite vira mousse. Única coisa "Premium" talvez sejam os drinks, mas que precisa ser solicitado ao garçom para usar o Gin ou Vodka Premium, senão ele usa a comum. 2. Não fui informado e não tem a informação no site que o resort não estava plenamente terminado as suas construções. O SPA não estava pronto. Havia obras em andamento próxima a piscina, com ruído de ferramentas. A Vila da Praia e a Praia não tem um banheiro próximo, nem que fosse para ter um banheiro químico. Não passa porções na praia igual passa próximo a pisicina, forçando os hóspedes a ficarem próximo às piscinas ( sem vista para o mar). O palco de atrações noturnas dá para ver que é mais uma das estruturas improvisadas. 3. A Vila da Praia e a praia não estão terminadas. As cadeiras/espreguiçadeira da praia não são confortáveis. As cadeiras e espreguiçadeira mais confortáveis se encontram ao redor da piscina porém não tem guarda sol. Apenas cadeiras nas mesas tem guarda sol.
