The property is old , their are under construction with should let you know before booking , needs access from the front desk to your room because is a long walk specially if is raining or too hot . The food was very good , little expensive for the place

Linda praia, péssima gerência. Telefone quebrado, controle de tv quebrado, 14hs já não tem bebida e comida nos bares, sem padrão nenhum... com um hospede é vodka importada, com o outro é vodka de garrafa pet. Sem preocupação com pandemia... cheio de hóspedes nos restaurantes se recusando a usar máscara e luvas para pegar comida e o staff não faz nada. Equipe desmotivada... muitos parecem ter raiva dos hóspedes. Um garçom escolhia que hóspedes servir na praia: aqueles que pagavam um “por fora”... e a lista vai longe.

O hotel oferece um serviço bem razoável, que se torna ruim quando comparamos ao valor cobrado! A experiência já começa a perder o brilho no momento em que entramos no quarto (que foi reservado para 3 adultos e 1 criança) e a cama auxiliar que colocam para acomodar todos os hóspedes é posicionada em frente à janela, de forma que não conseguimos abrir para acessar a varanda. Ao questionar sobre isso, obtivemos a resposta: vocês podem falar na recepção, mas os quartos são iguais. Se quiserem, VOCÊS podem organizar como acharem melhor. Depois disso, outras decepções vieram: serviços cortesias oferecidos e não disponíveis, falta de toalhas de piscina e dentro dos quartos, falta de louça para se servir durante as refeições e, principalmente, nos bares (até copo quebrado recebemos), demora na reposição de alimentos durante as refeições e nenhuma atenção para tentar resolver os problemas quando tentávamos amenizar para melhorar nossas experiência. É preciso dizer que as únicas coisas que trouxeram um pouco de respeito e admiração durante a estadia foram a equipe de recreação e atendentes dos bares e refeitório. Eles são realmente incríveis e fazem milagre com o que tem disponível para trabalhar.

Quarto úmido ar condicionado com defeito

O problema foi no meu quarto chegamos estava em manutenção. Esperamos arrumar. Saíram depois das 17:00 a equipe de manutenção. Durante a noite o ar estava desregulado ou er desligado ou era bem gelado (não tinha manta no quarto somente lençol . O ar pingando no meio do quarto e a privada vazando a noite inteira. Durante o dia o ar continuava pingado o quarto úmido o piso não secava pedimos Manutenção e somente resolveram o sanitário vazando. Ficamos 3 dias em um quarto que não secava . O restante estava ok.

Maravilhoso, muita comodidade, segurança e ambiente familiar. Funcionários solícitos e muito gentis. A equipe de Esporte e Lazer foi surpreendente, sempre com atrações, atividades esportivas e música para todos os gostos, tanto para adultos quanto para crianças. Somente na alimentação que acho que as sobremesas do restaurante principal poderiam ser melhores, quase tudo tem gosto de flan ou gelatina. Precisei de atendimento da enfermaria e fui muito bem orientada e medicada. Valeu o investimento.

Ambiente agradável em ótima localização, praia linda na maré baixa. Piscinas muito boas. Bebidas e comidas variadas mas a comida precisa de mais atenção aos sabores. Falta sal e tempero e as sobremesas são muito ruins. O quarto é bom mas fomos em um casal e duas crianças e ficou apertado. No geral, recomendo.

O resort é bom, a limpeza é muito boa, o atendimento de modo geral é também muito bom. Todos são muito gentis e prestativos. A recreação é uma das melhores. A praia é maravilhosa. Contido, a comida nos restaurante que deixa um pouco a desejar e o quarto (bangalô) está bastante “judiado”, merece uma reforma. Mas todos os problemas são esquecidos por causa do serviço e variedade em opções. Você não vai comer a melhor comida da vida, mas vai comer muito e beber muito a toda hora, sempre com algum atrativo da recreação. A praia é linda e o serviço de lancha do Waldir é muito bom. Um passeios pelas piscinas e pelas praias, parando para comer uma lagosta e um camarão, acompanhado de um belo drink no bar do Croa.

Excelente experiência

Estávamos em 2 adultos e 1 criança de 2 anos. Achamos o ambiente acolhedor , limpo , praia incrível , mar azul, quentinho, piscinas equipadas com brinquedos e rasas, ótimo para crianças. O quarto muito confortável, nos atendeu super bem, ficamos próximo do restaurante e das áreas comuns. Único ponto que achamos que poderia ser diferente, a questão da falta de bar na praia, por mais que tudo seja próximo, facilitaria para os hóspedes e tornaria ainda mais cômodo.

Bom dia. O Resort é muito legal, estrutura ótima. Mas a alimentação deixa muito a desejar. a comida do restaurante Corais, nao tem gosto. Tudo sem Sabor. E por ser um resort all inclusive, falta frutos do mar em todos os restaurantes. Isto é inconcebível para um lugar que tem abundancia. Bebedeiras, nada a reclamar. tudo muito bom. Mas comida, precisa melhorar muito.

Excelente passeio

Atendimento excelente.. em todos os setores. Apesar disso, deveriam melhorar a higiene do restaurante. Cheguei no dia 25/011 e até o dia 27/11, encontrei o restaurante extremamente limpo. Depois desses dias, o restaurante estava repleto de moscas. Por diversas vezes, ao levantar da mesa, precisei cobrir o copo e assim evitar que moscas pousassem. Indaguei uma das funcionárias, mas a mesma me disse que era devido ao peixe. Me desculpe, mas sequer valeria a pena reclamar. Coitada!! Outro detalhe que precisa ser revisto, é que o café da manhã, perto de 10 hs, não é reposto o que já se esgotou. Durante 2 dias, cheguei para o café por volta de 9:40 e não havia mamão e melão e não seria reposto ou seja, falta de organização. Poucas barracas na praia e insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes. Também ficamos sem luz no dia 30/11, durante a manhã toda e parte da tarde, sem qualquer aviso por parte da administração. Independente das observações aqui mencionadas, que mais servem como sugestão, recomendo o resort. Foi tudo ótimo apesar dos pequenos detalhes.
