- Localizacao boa considerando que de carro tudo eh proximo naquela regiao. - Praia do hotel boa - Restaurante muito bom e comida boa, mas nada muito diferente ou inovador. - Atendimento excelente em todas as partes. - Internet horrivel em qualquer parte do hotel. - Sinal de telefone impossivel para a Claro - Quarto simples, limpo, otimo ar condicionado, TV muito antiga e sem muita opção, cama precisa melhorar bastante, travesseiro ruim, falta armario e cabide. - Banheiro simples mas limpo, bom chuveiro (sempre com agua quente) e com tamanho bom. - Possuem servico de lancha e ajudam bastante se precisa de outras coisas. - Estrutura do hotel: piscina com tamanho bom, mesas e cadeiras de plastico em quantidade boa, espreguiçadeira boa mas com quantidade limitada, servico enquanto esta nesta area muito bom. - Vantagem: considerando q tem praia, servico e bom restaurante, é uma boa relacao de custo-beneficio - Problema: conforto do quarto precisa melhorar e qualquer pessoa pode usufruir do espaco do hotel simplesmente consumindo algo (mesmo q seja poucas cervejas), entao a estrutura que jah nao eh suficiente para o hotel cheio fica pior com muitas pessoas vindo. Nao existe preferencia ou area reservada para quem esta no hotel.

Minha estadia foi, em geral, muito boa!! A estrutura e localização do hotel é simplesmente excelente! Todavia, sugiro melhora no sinal de wi-fi, pois no quarto estava muito fraco e as vezes ate sem sinal. Sugiro ainda disponibilização, nos quartos, de produto para combate às muriçocas (tivemos muita de dificuldade para dormir na primeira noite por conta desses insetos)

Local paradisíaco, pé na areia

Ficamos em uma suíte no último andar muito espaçosa e com duas varandas. Staff prestativo. Jantamos no hotel e o preço foi adequado. Café da manhã com itens regionais, sucos e tapiocas feitas na hora. Itens para melhoria: wifi, banheiro e peças de madeira no quarto necessitam ser enceradas/envernizadas.

Excelente lugar

Hotel maravilhoso, localização perfeita de frente ao mar, solicite os quartos acima pois tem a melhor vista pro mar e são muito agradável... Difícil falar do que não gostamos, café da manhã com muita variedade, bem próximo ao centro de Japaratinga e ao lado do acesso às Piscinas Naturais, não deixe de fazer o passeio... Como sugestão de melhoria poderia acrescentar na TV mais canais a cabo, só funciona a Globo o que seria interessante funcionar outros.
