Our family of 6 -- 2 adults and 4 children ages 18 months to 13 years -- had an awesome stay! It was our first time visiting Amelia Island, and we can't wait to come back. The most important thing to me in a rental home is cleanliness, and this home was very clean. Our family loved the beachy decor and updated feel and amenities. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and bathroom layouts were perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was across a road and an open field and only took us about 3 minutes with all of our children and a beach wagon in tow. The home isn't so close to the beach that we could hear the waves, but we could see the ocean from the patio. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. We loved seeing the deer and tortoises right outside our door almost every day! We enjoyed the nearby mini golf, ice cream shops, charming downtown shopping area, and river cruise. We spent almost every day boogie boarding with the boards we brought -- the waves were absolutely perfect and not too rough. One of the reasons we chose this location was because of the lifeguard stands on this portion of the beach, and the lifeguards were EXCELLENT and very proactive about keeping everyone safe. The owners were super responsive and kind to any questions or needs and encouraged us to reach out about any issues. We noticed the outside hose was leaking a little and they immediately sent someone out to fix it for us. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful location, extremely clean and convenient.

You have everything you need and including plenty of room for family and relaxation. The hosts made everything comfortable and the property is beautifully decorated and complete. We were there for a death in the family and returning back to the condo in the evening was comfortable and restful. Thank you!

Beautiful property

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The check in/check out process was super easy. Communication with the property management staff was excellent. We loved the location - close to the beach, but not too close! Everything we needed to make our stay great was available.

Girls' Trip

Great space for a gathering of women. The unit was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - walkable to the main beach and restaurants there and an easy drive to the town of Fernandina for shopping, dining and exploring the riverfront and the historic area. Communication with the owners about access, etc. went smoothly. Everyone wants to go back and stay there again.

Family get together

He really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Would stay there again. The bets were just fine. I was a little nervous. They might be too firm, but they were fine. The only thing I could say I would’ve liked a little bit more comfortable pillow, but besides that it was a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful

I honestly can't find anything that could have been improved upon here. I stayed with my husband and three older sons. The unit was spacious, clean and so welcoming. It's so close to the beach and two casual restaurants. We would absolutely rent here again. It was also a great value.

Great get away

House very clean and tastefully furnished. Lots of dishes, cooking utensils, nice appliances. Great location , ocean view, 3 minute walk to beach, deer and gofer tortoise outside our patio. Short walk to Salt Life restaurant. Loved the gated parking. Immediate response from maintenance when one garage door opener didn’t work.

A great girl’s getaway at the beach!

My friends and I take a girl’s trip every year and decided to take a quiet beach trip this year. This property had everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. A few steps to the beach (we highly recommend you reserve chairs and umbrellas through the rental service…it was lovely jsut showing up and having it all set up for us). We had fabulous meals in the downtown area and also jsut enjoyed the porch for hours. The house is fully stocked and accommodated us so well. Yes, the beds are firm, but it didn’t bother us at all! Greta communication with Stacie and a Greta experience overall.

Mom’s birthday and Shrimp fest

Beautiful property with deer roaming the back yard. The layout of the condo offered privacy to each guest. The music and lights on was a very welcoming touch. Instruction for check in were prompt and detailed. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you for a wonderful experience. My only suggestions are maybe a shared cart in garage to use to load and unload. But not a big deal as the elevator is close.

Second stay at this property - perfect!

We've been at this property twice for girl's weekend - two elderly and two middle aged ladies. Perfect for our needs and beyond. This is a beautifully maintained condo with tons of space for 4 people. Furniture is very comfortable including couch, chairs and beds. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. You won't be disappointed!

Five Star Stay

Such a wonderful property right off the beach and near Ft. Clinch nature park. Within 2 miles of charming, historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Stacy was an amazing host and communication was excellent! Will definitely come again!

This was a fabulous VRBO! Location was great. Unit was fantastic.

We could not have chosen a better place. Location was fantastic. Unit was huge. Very clean. The beach, great places to eat close by, about a minute drive to down town and we saw deer right out the back door as we were located right next to the Fort Clinch State Park. 100% positive we would stay here again.

Great location and well-appointed

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 and the beds setup was perfect- our girls shared the twin room and our son had the room next to them, and we loved that we could shut both the bedroom doors and the rooms to the hallway to avoid waking them up. A previous reviewer mentioned how firm the beds are- they weren't kidding. That was kind of tough for us but it's such personal preference that I don't blame the owners. Location is really wonderful- very easy access to Main Beach, the entrance to Fort Clinch, and 8-10 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed our first visit to the island!

Excellent Location

Most everything was great about this place. Location, cleanliness, etc. My only downside was the king mattress was a little firm for me; although my fiancé’ liked it:). You can’t go wrong renting this place!
