Best reunion stay! We loved the property, all 7of us. The house was clean and well stocked, pool was a great gathering place, with chase lounges. Also, beach chairs provided to sit by ocean. The upstairs rental was perfect for our big meals and sitting on the porch watching the waves. Would definitely book again.

Milestone birthday celebration

Having the two separate living areas worked very well for our family. The direct beach access was awesome. Owner was a pleasure to work with and we hope to return next summer.

This place was perfect for a two day vacation with the family. The place had everything you needed, from beach chairs, towels and game accessories. Would definitely stay again.

Great spring break

We had a wonderful stay! The host was super responsive to any questions we asked. The pool was great to hang out by and catch up. You couldn't ask for a better location! Super easy to access the beach and convenient to historic downtown Fernandina!

What a great place!

Amy is an amazing host with such a nice property. My family has stayed here 2 years in a row. It is a nice, clean and cozy place to stay! And its directly across from the beach!

Weekend retreat

Great location. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and worked very hard to make our weekend a great experience. Upgrades to the property are being made as we speak to make our next stay even more enjoyable. Owner very receptive to feedback and suggestions.

Family vacation

We rented both upstairs and downstairs for our stay. Plenty of room for the 6 of us gals! The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time there. Easy walk to the beach as well. 7-10 min drive to dining and shopping. The hostess, Amy, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Great location to car watch during car show week. Close to town and all the car shows / auctions. Nice place with plenty of parking and a nice patio to entertain on.

Lovely stay

My family loved this house! We had a blast! The pool was so much fun! Also, having that wonderful convenient access to the beach was amazing. It made it super easy for the kiddos to come to the house for a nap.You will love communicating with Amy. She really wants you to have a good time. Very close to downtown area as well. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect getaway

Enjoyable stay for a large group. The property was comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Even though it was cold we were able to use the heated pool. The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive.

Beautiful Stay

The house was the perfect getaway with amazing views. The host - Amy, was very accommodating and flexible. We had a great time with our family. It was nice having a full kitchen and supplies that every household uses on an everyday basis. The pool was perfect!
