All the rooms were very well outfitted. All the extras were unexpected but very much appreciated. Beautiful area & the ease of getting to the beach for daily walks was a huge plus! Hosts were very responsive & accommodating.

We have stayed at a lot of properties around the world and this is, by far, our favorite. I have always said that I will only stay somewhere right on the beach, but this property changed my mind. Rachel and Stephan have created such a special place that we will keep coming back. From the really private beach (with a very cool trail), to the vibe and all the little special touches - it is just perfection.

Wonderful Ponte Vedra Hideaway

We had an incredible time, and this beautiful hideaway is right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This place is gorgeous, and the attention to detail to ensure our comfort was outstanding. We really enjoyed this spot and would definitely book here again.

Rachel’s place was very clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach (2 beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels) which was just a short walkThe area was very quiet. So was the beach access. We could see it was much busier around Mickler Beach

Beautiful Place Close to the Beach In a Quiet Setting

A wonderful place that is perfect for one couple. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The pictures are accurate. There were snacks and beverages as well as a well equipped kitchen.The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Awesome In-Law Suite Apartment in Ponte Vedra

Love this space - small like an NYC apartment with everything one needs while away from home. Super clean and well-appointed - and an awesome / responsive host who's ready to help if you need anything. And on top of all of that - you have private access to one of the best beaches in the country. Will definitely stay here again - highly recommeded.

Great cottage near Sawgrass

Beautiful cozy apartment! Clean and well designed with new appliances and tasteful furnishings. Friendly hosts who have gone out of their way to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet, private, and close to the beach and restaurants. And minutes from TPC Sawgrass! Highly recommend!

Excellent Guest House

What a wonderful experience. Very quiet upscale area and nicely furnished guesthouse. Owners are great and attentive and the rental was stocked to the nines. Ended up being an unusual winter storm during our stay so spent a lot of time inside. Very cozy. Will be returning soon.

Perfect Stay

Just stayed over new years and it was perfect. Great location, clean, fully stocked and well maintained. Location was close to the beach and peaceful for family and getting some exercise. Rachel was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Quick Getaway

This VRBO was excellent, It was everything in the description and more. The Beach is steps away and you have to yourself. Absolutely private and so comfortable. The owners are there for any questions, we fortunately didn't need them for anything. I would recommend this VRBO for any couple that is looking to getaway.

Great Spot

We loved our stay at Rachel and Stephen's place, the beach there is beautiful and access was a breeze (once we spotted the gate - it felt very Secret Garden. We also were right down the street from family members who have homes in the area, so convenient. The extra snacks were appreciated, the kitchen was well-stocked with essentials like butter, olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. We also loved the re-usable k-cups for the keurig as my daughter and I had packed loose tea and there was no kettle. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

Very nice

This is our second time staying here. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Beach very close with private access. Host always responds quickly. Very quiet neighborhood and apt is excellent. Many extra little things that the host has thought of you might need while there. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Perfect little spot!

This guest house is in a perfect location! It is easy to get to St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, or Jacksonville. Having private access to the beach right across the street was such a luxury! The cottage is extremely clean and well stocked with necessities as well as little extras. Rachel communicates very quickly and clearly, which made it really easy! They are great hosts and have a beautiful home. I would not hesitate to book here again!

Perfect!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it and hope it will be available when we come again to Ponte Vedra to visit our son. The unit was very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The master bedroom is separate, has another TV and the king size bed is extremely comfortable. Everything you need is provided, lots of towels, beach chairs, BBQ, and even little snacks! The location is perfect with easy across-the-street access to the beach! Rachel is a wonderful host who was easy to reach and kept in close communication to make sure everything was going well. Thank you Rachel for being a wonderful host!

Can’t wait to return. I’m in town often and love the location of this property as well as the clean and upscale interior. Loved walking on the very close by beach and within the neighborhood. Property managers were great communicators, too. A lovely spot!

Relaxing beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The cottage was very clean, with luxe decor & the hosts had thoughtful touches such as snacks & beverages as well as beach chairs & an umbrella available for use. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach with several walks & some beach time. We hope to return to this cute cottage next time we are in the area!
