This location was very convenient. The overall property was neat & clean. The room was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was EXCELLENT and very helpful. The rooms were not very clean though. All of the kitchen utensils, glasses, etc. were dirty. There was not a dishcloth to clean them. The sofa had a stain on it. The bathroom door was dirty, the shower shelf was dirty. The cleaning staff did not clean our room on the second day of our stay as advertised. I had to request towels and washcloths.

Marc the receptionist was very warm and welcoming stellar. However, there was a situation I was basically kicked from my room on a no payment claim on a already paid for room. Which proved inconvenient post nfl game recovery with family as facilities and were urgently needed and could not be accessed. Despite paying in advance weeks ahead of reservation.

Room very nice though no grab bar in shower/bath. Bed very firm. Ice machines disabled on two floors. Elevators go to two different towers but not identified (had to go back down and find another bank of elevators, neither indicated limited access on floor). But would definitely stay again.
