Three bedrooms and five beds sleep up to 6 guests — a solid fit for families or small groups travelling together. Three full bathrooms mean mornings stay relaxed and bottleneck-free.
 
Kitchen & dining
 
The full kitchen is stocked for real meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and toaster. Pull up a chair at the dining table or grab a spot at the breakfast bar depending on the mood.
 
Outdoor living
 
The screened lanai frames the lake view from the comfort of shade, while the private deck gives you another open-air spot to settle into. The community pool is available to guests, along with a nearby beach access point - note that no parking is available at the access point.
 
Workspace & connectivity
 
A dedicated loft workspace with Wifi keeps longer stays productive, separating work hours cleanly from downtime.
 
Comfort & extras
 
Washer, dryer, bed linens, towels, essentials, hangers, iron, private entrance, and free parking for 2 vehicles are all included. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are on-site.
 
Please note: this property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Beyond the community pool and beach access point, all other club amenities are reserved exclusively for resident members.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
