Had a great stay to wrap up the summer before returning to school. Home was very clean and could not beat the location. Any issues were addressed by the property manager right away. Their team was prompt and thorough. Very glad we chose this house and would return in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family of six had a great stay at Belle by the Sea. There was enough room for everyone to have space while still feeling cozy. The location was great, directly across from the beach. We had an issue with the locks after a member of our party turned a knob they weren't supposed to turn and locked us out. We called and the property manager dropped what she was doing and drove back from off island during a holiday weekend to help us. We would definitely recommend this property!

This house is just perfect for families. The location can’t be beat…right across the street from the beach! This property was clean and welcoming. Communication with the host was great. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Comfortable house and very accommodating

The house was perfect for a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Plenty of room for the five of us. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to hang out. We loved the outdoor patio and it was just a short walk to the beach. The property manager was very responsive when we contacted them about missing beach towels and needing a blender.

Fabulous property

Our family (dad, mom, 5 kids) had an amazing stay in this lovely property. Location was wonderful - easy, quick walk to beach, short drive to Ft Clinch and downtown Fernandina Beach for restaurants & shopping. We will be back and when we return, we will stay here again!

Amelia Island Weekend

Traveled down from TN for a weekend with friends. Parking was perfect, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the furniture was comfortable. However, none of the bedrooms have a direct access bath, if that is important to your group. Will definitely save the info for future Amelia Island trips.

Great location

Great location. Walk across the street to beach. Walking distance to nature trails. Close to historic district with shops and sites. Saw sea turtles, tortoises, pelicans. Close to Fort Clinch State Park which is a gem.

Great Stay on Amelia Island

Perfect house for our family of 5. It’s across the street from the beach access—maybe a two minute walk—and had partial beach views. Everything in the house was clean and fresh: kitchen items, bathrooms, linens, furniture, the whole house. Communications and payment went smoothly. We had no issues during our stay. Amelia Island has a lot to offer for a family vacation. Would love to come back.

Great beach house

This property was perfect for our young family. Walk to the beach took 2 min — you cross the yard/road, go up a few stairs, walk a very short boardwalk (basically a bridge over the sand dunes) then go down a few steps to the beach. Much simpler than looking for parking each time the kids wanted to swim or go back and take a rest. Lots of cozy features including a comfy reading chair and throw blankets next to it. Kitchen had everything from a wine opener to a pizza cutter. Property manager was easy to work with. Place was very clean with quality towels and bedding. We really enjoyed it.

Relaxing

This home provided a very relaxing atmosphere. Close proximity to local restaurants, downtown Fernandina and just steps away from Fernandina beach. The host was very flexible and responsive when I needed to add an additional day to our trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Exactly what we needed!

Exactly what we were looking for! We stayed in the area due for an out of town family wedding. A few in our party had never been to the ocean. Easy walking to the beach just across the street and just enough things to do within driving distance to afford some local sightseeing and hiking. Clean and updated appliances. Met our needs perfectly!

A sand wedge (maybe pitching) away from the beach...

If you are looking for a location close to the beach with plenty of parking, this is the place. The home sits on a grass lot (well maintained during our stay) with two uncovered concrete pads (one connected to the home.) RV and trailer friendly parking (speaking to space available, check with property rep to confirm.) Bedrooms upstairs, bath up and down. The place is not over decorated with knick-knacks on shelves/counters which leaves plenty of space for your personal belongings. The picture from the bedroom porch pretty much some's up the view. Convenience store 3-4 blocks up road that is open 24 hours. Home sits far enough back from the road that traffic noise was no issue when we were there. Family friendly rec park 1/4 mile or so from home. Golf course about 2 miles away. Lee with Premier Beach Rentals responded within the hour to our booking request and stayed in contact to confirm all was as expected. Security deposit was refunded the following day of check out. No need to keep looking at other places, just book this one. Craig and Michelle

WONDERFUL GEM!

This is by far our favorite stay so far. The property is clean, open, quiet and the yard space is to DIE for! The beach access is literally 3 steps across the road and the beach was not crowded and very clean. We were very close to restaurants, stores, etc. We know for sure we will continue to rent this house in the future for our Fernandina trips!

Perfect Location

This house was in the perfect location to see the sunrise. With the beach just across the street we could go anytime, very convenient. Downtown was only minutes away for shopping and eating out.
