I recently stayed at CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for two weeks and am pleased to share that my experience was exceptional. The staff members demonstrated a high level of professionalism, respect, and attentiveness throughout my stay. I would like to especially highlight Bahar Kiyany, the Guest Relations Manager, who managed our hosting services with warmth and friendliness. Her attentive approach made us feel truly welcomed and cared for at all times. Additionally, Mr. Mohammad Saberpour from the Guest Relations Department was extremely helpful, ensuring that our room received the best possible service and demonstrating outstanding hospitality. My spa experience was equally memorable, thanks to Mina Mehr, who explained all services thoroughly and professionally, making the experience very enjoyable. I also highly recommend Anna, the massage therapist, whose professionalism and expertise provided much relief for my shoulder and back pain. Furthermore, Cellal First at the breakfast area was exceptionally helpful in securing our tables, greeting us with a genuine smile and warm hospitality that set a wonderful tone for each morning. Overall, the dedication and warm hospitality of the staff made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming environment.

Good hotel no question and nice views and I recommend it but don’t expect an an exceptional above and beyond service. Nice rooms and bathroom. I sleep early and the music was load every night that’s the only thing I didn’t like . So don’t stay on the high floors
