We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Issaquah from September 6–8, 2025, saw a cockroach on Sunday morning, and reported to the front desk staff, who were dismissive of the concern. The front desk staff members denied the hotel had "dirty bugs" and asked for photo evidence. The younger member later inspected the room, reported finding no dirty bugs, but also revealed the hotel has "good bugs". The sanitation concerns were totally ignored, the staff member focused only on identifying the type of insect, and he offered to waive parking charge as a small concession.
Upon checkout, a different, older employee failed to waive the parking fee despite the prior offer. When questioned, the older employee verbally harassed us, accused us of "stalking" without evidence, and aggressively snatched the receipt from our hand, ordering us to leave. As a matter of fact, we were bullied and assaulted.
